Pericles Stamatiades has been named company group chairman, global franchise organization, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Co. He will be responsible for category strategy across the entire consumer organization. Stamatiades was formerly the company group chairman for beauty. He began his J&J career in 1984.
 
Stefano Curti, president of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, has assumed additional responsibilities as president of Global Skincare, responsible for the global J&J skin care business, which includes Johnson’s, Neutrogena, Aveeno, RoC, Clean & Clear, Lubriderm, Ambi, Purpose, as well as the regional Asian, European, Latin American and North American beauty businesses. He  joined J&J more than 18 years ago.

Roberto Marques has been named company group chairman, North America, a new role. He is responsible  for regional and country in-market execution across skin care brands, oral care-topical health and women’s health-intimate health.
 
Jeff B. Smith has been appointed president, U.S. skin care, and reports to Marques. Most recently, Smith served as managing director, Canada, for the baby and beauty care divisions within Canada. He joined J&J in 1990.
